North Dakota American Legion Auxiliary Flickertail Girls State is a program of the American Legion Auxiliary, Department of North Dakota. Members of the Girls State Board include Chulita ‘Chilly’ Goodman (Director), Adelyn Emter (Dean of Counselors), Elizabeth Narain (Director of Government), Sherry O’ Toole, and Alicia Randall.  The Girls State Committee includes the Girls State Board, ALA Department President Candace Berg, ALA Department Secretary Marcy Schmidt, and ALA Department Treasurer Susan Degner.
