The registration fee to attend North Dakota ALA Flickertail Girls State is $325. Registration fees are paid for by the American Legion Auxiliary unit sponsoring the attendee. The fee covers meals, lodging, the Governing North Dakota textbook, other print materials for the week, and a Girls State bag.  Need a sponsor? We’ll help you find one.

Girls State citizens may purchase additional items from the Girls State store. The Girls State store accepts cash, checks, or credit cards.  Items generally range from $10-$35.

Participants may wish to bring a small amount of spending money for soda and snacks. Some Girls State cities opt to order pizza one night and ask citizens to chip in. Please do not bring large amounts of money to Girls State.
